multifactor proxies authentication, create an itinerary of factor changes
at set intervals. make sure you are proxied into your initial rdp client,
from that client teamviewer to a third, and rdp from that to your target
machine. all machines virtual, including your travel laptop functional OS,
schedule image resets at 12 hour intervals. assume everything infected at
the end of the trip.

say I was shipping some illicit goods, but don't trust tor to be as
"secret" as it is, that's what I would do, I don't know what prepaid
cellular is like over there, but here a 30 dollar phone per iteration even
gives you a new presence each time
