there is a difference between rural/urban and actual coverage, even for
wireline.
we pick up alot of "covered" DSL addresses that get told 768k real
throughput is good
fed dollars simply should not be going to cover data access in rural areas
IMHO
fed dollars shouldnt be going toward data access period IMHO
taxation is theft i keep getting told, maybe they mean lactation, i dont
know
