Well, if you want a chance for gravy, you either need to claim the turf
based on what you know of the area and desk top surveys like Radio Mobile.
Or just say you cover it not knowing if you do or not.
Or, don't claim it because there is a lack of certainty.
Or you can spend the time and go out and actually do a signal survey of
every single address.
Whatever your level of scrupulosity dictates I guess...
I am certain that any opportunities will pass over unclaimed turf.
Personally, basing it on current customers and radio mobile, I would have no
guilty feelings claiming adjacent turf.
You only have to say you can serve it within 10 days of being asked. That
gives time for roof top tripods, tree trimming etc.
