[AFMUG] Sprint testing TELRAD?

On one of my low level roof top sites I noticed sprint (old clearwire/clear
site) has a 4" round by 4ft tall round (omni?) connected to a telrad radio
only using 2 of the 4 ports...

What would they be using this for? 3.65ghz to the handset?
