I'd wager it's the Alpha Wireless AW3089 omni.
Telrad makes an eNB less expensive than probably any other vendor Sprint
would talk to. I wouldn't be shocked if they tested one. Testing in
3.65 might be so they don't interfere with existing 2.5 deployments.
On the other hand, could it be somebody else colocated on the same site?
I can think of a few schmo's who would wander up to a rooftop and see
an existing mount and just assume they could use it. I know a guy who
put a nanobridge onto a platform which clearly belonged to T-Mobile.

clearwire/clear site) has a 4" round by 4ft tall round (omni?)
connected to a telrad radio only using 2 of the 4 ports...
What would they be using this for? 3.65ghz to the handset?
