What we have learned is that none of our speed plans deliver a payload throughput equal to what we advertise. So we are gonna have to bump them up a bit or put an asterisk on all of our advertising.

Exfo has a new tester that works with ookla. We just got one to try this morning. This is a 1 Gig test. Spot on when you net out the TCP/IP and other overheads.
