Yes, thats why I'm asking. We have used. and use, L3 quite a bit but I don't wan't to sign any long term contracts with them if I'm going to be beating my head against a brick wall of process and stupidity. I've gotten estimated taxes and fees out of them thus far but they seem to be unwilling to give me actual taxes and fees. They do have the lowest quoted price but I suspect lots of headaches and extra fees.
