We have been happy with them. Only issue was that they changed our contract after the fact to disallow resellers (there was a clause that the agreement could change at any time), and this made us worry that they would pull our connection. I know someone else that received cease-and-desist orders from them, but still had to pay out the agreement. We have signed a different agreement now, but still had to have a reseller clause red-lined. I'd just say 'read carefully'!
