I personally think multicast video will be relegated to the same place that
ISDN and the Newton resides.

A WISP isn't going to succeed with multicast video. It more or less has to be
fiber.

Lots of chatter about Rodeo on the WISPA lists off and on. I think it uses
multicast vs. individual streams like Real Choice does.
From the chatter I've read over the last few months no wisp yet has it
running successfully.

No. Never heard of them. I would go with Real Choice if I was going to do
IPTV.
But there are an ever increasing numbers of OTT with good programming, I
don’t think IPTV can be a profit center.

DirectvNow, Sony VUE, SlingTV, Youtube Channel, FUBO.

Even Pluto is great and it is totally free.

    Hello AF gang,

We are looking at potentially going with Rodeo Networks IPTV solution on
our network but I wanted to first ask the group if anyone has any experience
with them. If so would you be willing to discuss (either on-list or off-list)
your experience.

    Thanks!
