can viva offer the denver local channels?

all we need is the denver broncos and the olympics honestly.  we have a lot
of potential customers that don't want to switch from comcast because they
still need them to get their TV.  by offering our own IPTV we can then go
after that cable market more aggressively.  there is no over the air TV
available in our area (mountains of CO).
