Yes there are..

The are called 3R MEDIA Converters or OEO... rather expensive.. $600 to $1000 
for each side, without optics.
It is a lot cheaper to use Ethernet switches to do the conversion (especially 
if you are just using Ethernet.. i.e. no TDM or other requirements).
