I've got a hydraulic reel trailer, but I've found that it is just as easy to cut the drops ahead of time, roll them up, and load them into the van. This is also nice, since I splice both ends of the drop, I can go ahead and splice the drop fiber into the enclosure that goes on the house ahead of time.
