That's not strictly necessary. Even HP traffic beyond the HP CIR gets higher than standard priority.
.....but I do it the same way you do it.

You also should set the amount of traffic you want to dedicate to the high priority channel. We typically use 130 Kbps, which will run most VoIP traffic.

Don't really know how to do that.
On ePMP it is just 3 clicks, does not look that simple
on the 450.
