We've lost a couple to the new cell plans that deprioritize rather than
outright throttle heavy users, but most of our service area has poor cell
coverage, and I suspect the 200+ GB/mo users like your former client will
only be happy until their cell carrier sells enough of these plans to
saturate their AP.
