hmm.... I am not an expert.. but from the pictures it would appear that you are missing a set of mounting plates..
The first set of pictures look like a mounting plate for the Antenna side, where the OMT will attach to.. (they wave guide is circular, to all for both polarities, mounting direction would not be relevant). The 2nd picture shows the OMT flage and the radio.. so some how the radio has to attach to each side of the OMT flage. H & V are marked properly .. if you can read the letter properly (straight) then the slot is in the appropriate direction. The Integra radios apparently attach at 45degree angel .. so where are the plates which should attach to each of the two flanges (H & V) so that you can mount (screw) the radio on them ? :) my two cents worth !
