About 20 years ago, Level 3 buried 13 ducts along the UPRR here in Utah. I made an inquiry once or twice over the years for access. The IRU was more money than it would take to build it myself.
I wonder if that has changed? Anyone have any luck in using any of their ducts? How about getting service at any of their regen sites? Anyone have any contact info? What I really need is empty duct.
