Good thought Bill, but that already exists. Or at least partially. Nuestar
does something like that but as of yet they have not been able to tell me
how they would interface with m switches or what it costs. AT&T uses an app
platform that DIP's that DB. There are several iOS and Android apps that do
this, most are not free, some are.
