The Festival offers a series of special events designed to stimulate and create discussion. It includes also retrospectives, seminars and workshops on various aspects of the cinema. Competitive Categories: Features Documentaries The Festival intend to create a short film competition destined to beginners in filmmaking from Asia, Africa and Latin America.
