Subject: CONGOLESE DANCE & DRUM CONFERENCE 2006 Info
Greetings,
I have attached the schedule and cost information for the CONGOLESE DANCE
AND DRUM CONFERENCE 2006, which will be held June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at the
Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts (Formerly Alice Arts Center), 1428
Alice Street, Oakland, CA 94612. The Malonga Center is just four blocks
away from the City Center Bart Station. This will be an event that you can
t miss so, please spread the word to everyone you know and feel free to
print this information and distribute it. I would like to emphasize the
YOUTH Class which will teach drum and dance, and the LECTURE which will
focus on Kongolese Identity. There will be no charge to attend the
lecture. So, come one, come all, this event is for all ages, dancers,
non-dancers, drummers, non-drummers, spectators, etc. Hope to see you
there.

Kids/Youth Class: $8
