Court rejects plea for transfer of Mikro case http://www.sabcnews.com/south_africa/crime1justice/0,2172,97537,00.html February 09, 2005, 14:15 The Cape High Court has rejected a request to have the Mikro Primary School issue referred to the Pan South African Language Board (PanSalb). The school's governing body is challenging the Western Cape education department over the forced admission of 21 English-speaking learners to the Afrikaans medium school.
