The gentleman may be Dr. Daniel Bernard Roumain. There is information

I was listening to the radio and they were interviewing a young Black
classical composer. They played a music excerpt. I can't remember his
name...I think it was Romaine....he played the violin...I remember him
saying he fused 'hip hop and classical...I want to get some of his
CDs....but I can't find his name or any spelling....He lives in
Harlem....Can you help me identify this artist...?
