Yes, there is a canonical repository for internet-drafts; it is the one
maintained by the IETF Secretariat. There are a number of interfaces
available for searching and downloading internet-drafts, as well as a
number of mirrors. See <http://www.ietf.org/id-info/>. I suggest
searching for the string "-afs" in draft filenames.
