There are no "calls for votes". The process does not call for voting,
except for the purpose of selecting a chair. It does call for obtaining
consensus.
On the question of selecting a chair, I apologize; the registrars have been
a bit lame in this regard. What we actually need first is a consensus call
on Simon's process document; I'll try to start that in the next week or so.
