IPv6 support requires touching everything that RxTCP touches
(admittedly in a less-invasive way), so the long-term plan on the
OpenAFS side was to tackle IPv6 at the same time as RxTCP.
Do both of these require wire-level changes?
RxTCP requires a completely new wire protocol.
Well, it requires a new lowest layer.
And yes, there are several places we transfer IPv4 addresses that are
essential to correct operation of the protocol suite.
