Hi,

With sincere apologies for technically sending a nomination after the
deadline--I would respectfully request support from the registrars and electors
in this special case.

In any case, I respectfully nominate Hartmut Reuter, who has expressed
willingness to serve (in his retirement), and is, needless to say, highly
qualified to serve as an afs3-standardization chair.

I second this nomination. Given Hartmut's qualifications and long
standing within the community, I think we should grant an extension to
the nomination period in order to allow Hartmut to stand in the
upcoming elections.

I strongly second this request!

Regards,
Felix
