Today is the day to announce the nominations. But I am having problems getting in touch with our co-chair, Hartmut. The co-chairs have to agree on the nominations, and count the votes.
I have not heard from him since March. I have a note into 3 contacts and the secretaries at rzg.mpg.de to see if they know anything. (They may not see the note till tomorrow.) Has anyone heard anything? The subscriber list is not public; however, any subscriber can obtain a copy by filling in his username and password near the bottom of the page at https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/afs3-standardization and selecting "Visit Subscriber List". Of course, that's as of today. To build a voter list, you also need to know that there have been no new subscribers and no one has unsubscribed since April 25, before the start of the eligibility period.
