---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fri, 04 August 2006 With TEXTHTML ON, using <A HREF= tags were not working in layers, in particular with SCROLLBOX (which uses a textlayer for the text). This was broken on July 28th. Fixed. The SCROLLBOX command has a new option, "ELEVATORUSED". It forces SCROLLBOX to not create a scrollbox, rather it just returns a 0 or 1 depending on whether an elevator would be created for a scrollbox with the given parameters.
