The STRHTMLTOFLASH command now only adds target="_blank" if the url starts
with a http:.
SET TEXTTABSIZE was not applying to PRINTSET (instead the default value
of 8 was always used), this is fixed to carry forward the last TEXTTABSIZE
setting. This also applies to other drawing variables such as TEXTCENTER,
TEXTLEFT, TEXTRIGHT, TEXTJUSTIFY, and DRAWFILTER.
SET TEXTTABSIZE now keeps measurments in their original form until the
text is actually drawn. This allows you to set the tabsize at the
start of your program, and maintain the same size when printing
or otherwise changing the resolution. For example:

set texttabsize -0.85in
for dpi from 60 to 180 step 5
