Cake Cokelat Kismis 
  

Cake cokelat bikin gendut? 
Hmm..Anda harus mencoba yang satu ini. Cokelatnya pekat, tidak terlalu manis
dan campuran almond bubuk membuat cake ini lembut lumer di lidah!
Sekali dicoba, pasti ketagihan !!!


Bahan-Bahan : 
- 100 gram kismis 
- 1 sendok makan madu/rhum 
- 375 gram dark cooking chocolate (70%) 
- 210 gram mentega tawar 
- 1 sendok teh kulit jeruk Navel parut 
- 150 gram gula pasir 
- 5 butir telur ayam 
- 120 gram almond bubuk 
- 2 sendok makan NESTLER Dancow Fullcream 
- 50 gram tepung terigu 
  
Bahan Lapisan: 
- 175 ml krim segar 
- 250 gram dak cooking chocolate (705) 
  
Bahan Hiasan:
20 gram Cornflakes (merek apa saja), memarkan halus

Cara Mengolah : 
1. Campurkan almond bubuk, NESTLER Dancow Fullcream, dan tepung terigu, aduk
merata, sisihkan. 
2. Aduk kismis dengan madu atau rhum hingga lembut atau lunak. 
3. Tim cokelat dan 50 g mentega hingga leleh. 
4. Kocok sisa mentega, bersama kulit jeruk dan gula hingga lembut. 
5. Masukkan telur satu per satu sambil kocok hingga rata. 
6. Masukkan cokelat leleh, aduk rata. 
7. Tambahkan kismis dan campuran terigu, aduk rata. 
8. Tuang ke dalam loyang 20 cm yang sudah disemir mentega. Ratakan. 
9. Panggang dalam oven panas 180 C selama 60 menit hingga matang dan kering
permukaannya. 
10. Angkat dan dinginkan. 

Membuat Lapisan:
1. Masak krim hingga panas. Angkat. 
2. Tuang ke dalam cokelat, aduk-aduk hingga cokelat leleh. 
3. Diamkan hingga agak kental. 
4. Siramkan ke atas kue 
5. Taburkan NESTLER Cornflakes yang sudah dihaluskan.
6. Biarkan kue hingga lapisan mengeras. 


Tips:
- Untuk mendapatkan rasa cake yang enak, gunakan cokelat jenis couveture 70%
(kandungan cacao massnya 70%). 
- Untuk mendapatkan almond bubuk, panggang kacang almond tanpa kulit lalu
giling halus dengan grinder.
- Cake ini teksturnya sangat lembut dan makin enak setelah disimpan sehari.
