RIM membantah isu yang terakhir dan mengumumkan privasi dan kredibilitas yang kuat Blackberry titik yang banyak itu tidak terbuka untuk negosiasi. Sepertinya kebuntuan ini adalah akhir untuk Blackberry di Indonesia, RIM telah memutuskan untuk menarik layanan keluar dari Indonesia pada 1 Juni 2010, tetapi akan terus melayani pasar Asia Pasifik, tetapi tidak di Indonesia.
