six sigma sebuah sistem untuk improvement , baik dari target, menurunkan reject, meningkatkan produktifitas dan qualitas serta efisiensi. ya hampir sama ama lean, hanya saja six sigma lebih terkodinir. tapi apapun sistem nya jika tidak ada kerjasama yang baik, komunikasi baik, dan kesadaran SDM nya susah untuk diajak berubah agar lebih baik maka hasilnya akan sia2 saja.
