hello all, kalo menurut sepengetahuan gw sich, bedanya greenbelt (GB) & blackbelt (BB) adalah tingkatan ilmu yg dimiliki. semuanya sm memiliki kemampuan mengkoordinir dan memimpin project. cuma khusus untuk koordinator dari semuanya adalah seorang full time black belt. artinya, org ini yang nge-push project2 six sigma yg sedang berjalan. perbedaannya mendasar ilmu antara GB & BB ada pada tools2 pada tahapan measure & analize dari DMAIC. seorang BB mempunyai ilmu yg jauh lebih mumpuni dibanding seorg GB. ada tools2 khusus yg harus dimiliki oleh seorg BB apabila menghadapi improvement2 tertentu
