Think of it, the universe seems chaotic and without purpose (explosions, super nova, black holes, etc). But it may end up creating a consciousness that would "embrace" all this caos and resamble a organization of it. So we can believe that the universe is not really chaotic because it is the chaos generated organization that could reorganize it all. God is just the moment (or the being) which the universe aquire its 'personality' and acomodate itself in the way it feels more confortable.
