He's working the numbers. If he can saturate the web with enough nonsensical posts (especially on key sites) that seem to make sense to a laymen then he will get a following. If enough 'laymen' can be convinced then his theory/ work/ crap has weight. Once he has the 'weight' he is more likely to convince a 'layman' with serious money to invest, boom... he's rich. Lets call it cult theory... lol.
