Yes! Like cell and brain and country. The hierarchy of smaller parts are 
supposed to work together and not hoard the energy like when you think on chair 
but never exercise, but domain randomization from un-equalized energy waves may 
stir competition and the boss node high up may punish them all! They all may 
get fired and replaced!
