I looked up Solomonoff induction, AIXI and imputation, and I still conclude you 
are developing a model of the interior by watching the exterior.  Imputation 
could work well...
Could you explain your idea a little more? - im not quite sure what the golden 
nugger is here, or what ur problem is.
No way to escape from AIXI?   Why is it so useless?
