There is a 'special machine' where physics settles down, but that's because of 
the laws, not because a specific machine was built. In other words, the machine 
that rolls out in the end of a evolution is based on the particle laws and 
particle locations. Everything just works on its own really, and settles down 
later for a given local area at least ex. ~Earth.
