If you make the brain in the computer not even with a simulated body nor world, 
it still learns and discovers new data, because you teach it sensory data IN. 
Just like a world would. The only thing it can't do is send motor signal OUT to 
search for better data sources. Yet I can make my AGI decide Wiki is better 
than CNN journal, so I can still achieve the motor OUT too. As for learning 
motor programs to do anything for man, it will just say 'do this humans' and we 
can understand what to do. How easy is that.
