No. All possible tasks/problems to solve can be described in text or vision or touch. We have nearly any concept on the internet, somewhere. Using just Lossless Compression, it can make discoveries using that data, discoveries in any domain, not just 'text' or 'language' as many call it. Every job is covered, well, ok someone has to carry it our in real life though for now. This is the 'intelligence'; generating/making the likely future using past data.
