How to write a research paper. Organize what you want to communicate. You will need:
Title. Abstract. Related work. Your contribution (theory). Experimental setup. Results. Conclusion. References. Optional appendix with supplemental details. Convert your paper to PDF, not some obscure format. The ideal length is about 6 pages without the appendix. Post it somewhere that people can just read it. If you somehow can't find a place to host it, you can attach it as a file to this list. Somewhere in this giant blob of disorganized thoughts, I did see an attempt to describe a data compression algorithm. So you do have something to work with. You still need a coherent description of the algorithm (pseudocode, equations, data structure diagrams) and benchmark results. Related work would include compression ratios and run times that others obtained with similar algorithms. The introduction would say why compression is relevant to AGI. The appendix would have source code, or you could reference it. To cut this to 6 pages, you can omit any ideas you didn't test, which is most of your paper.
