Yeah, that's interesting a multimodal or multimindal approach. Many minds some lagging and fading some forward and ahead some coalescing. For that matter our minds are assemblages/collages of external minds past and present. One human mind is essentially a compressive sensing/emitting protocol translationary agent, partially compete, in a broader compressive multi-agent society. The real AGI overly is on a multimind society or civilization. Then flip the perspective and some of the old religions are correct, the Universe, big U, instantiated humankind to intelligently witness its own being. The AGI generator is the universe and we are network connections within its conscious conception of intelligence. Cross sensory yes many channels, could be RADAR, LIDAR, SONAR, seismic.
