I agree they say a lot more information than they need to, in a hard to read form. You can literally explain how to code GPT-2 to a 10 year old in just 1,000 words if you take the time to neaten it up for once.
This link I posted is on longer memories though, which is a simple way to make AI better, I don't see why they talk so much about it and make it seem like a whole new invention.
