[agi] Re: rules...found something slightly undesired I think...very interesting

One sound reason I may use more than 2/faster processors/memory and a faster 
"system" instead of the same one used for all benchmarks, would be because 
others use GPUs and aren't listening yet...so they may see me as weaker.
