A random string of bits cannot be represented as a program by the parties 
involved. Randomness to one agent may not be randomness to another. It has to 
be in relationship to the computational capacity and intelligence of an 
observer. One could assume all possible observers. Algorithmic Randomness must 
cover that aspect?
