A random string of bits cannot be represented as a program by the parties involved. Randomness to one agent may not be randomness to another. It has to be in relationship to the computational capacity and intelligence of an observer. One could assume all possible observers. Algorithmic Randomness must cover that aspect? ------------------------------------------ Artificial General Intelligence List: AGI Permalink: https://agi.topicbox.com/groups/agi/T5ff6237e11d945fb-M8a02198581c70c6b58385003 Delivery options: https://agi.topicbox.com/groups/agi/subscription
