Not at all. Bio-technically altering human DNA  - by disrupting B-cell efficacy 
- and installing a secondary network into the CNS (graphene based), which is 
sensitive to electromagnetic manipulation, is a sure-fire Stephen King shortcut 
to AGI.

It forms part of the rollout for the Internet of People, and the Internet of 
Living Things.

We have much to learn from this case study. Let's! With the help of these 
bio-engineering treatments, it might just help some of us to jump the curve.
