I am 66 years old and I don't eat Cheerios. I do eat raisin bran or eggs
and bacon for breakfast. I don't use tobacco or alcohol. I rarely take
caffeine because it's a stupid addiction and only use it when running a
half marathon or longer. I drive with seat belts. I had my covid shots. I
am married and have pets, both of which increase longevity. I exercise
about an hour a day, some running, biking, yoga, and strength training
(CrossFit). I mostly don't bother counting calories or nutrients or take
any supplements because vitamin deficiencies are rare and there is no
evidence that any supplements do any good.

I don't count calories. I eat when I'm hungry and not when I'm unhappy. I
don't like candy, soda, or drinks with sugar, but I do eat most anything
else.

I rarely use sunscreen because it causes skin cancer by increasing your
exposure to UVA because it inhibits tanning. Getting outside is good for
you and the best way to get vitamin D.

Anyway I am healthy and not on any prescription drugs. I'm 6", 165 lb. I
scored 475/600 on the army combat fitness test, so I would have no trouble
keeping up with 20 year olds. I can deadlift 300 lb, climb a rope, do 10
pullups, run 100 meters in 15 seconds or a mile in 7 minutes.
