I'm one of those diagram-oriented people and would be interested in
something like this.  It would help OpenCog seem a bit more "open" I'm
sure.  I'm not sure there are a lot of other ways that people like myself
(who aren't doing any OpenCog development) could quickly learn about the
architecture.
