There used to be a "Northwest AI Forum" but it has seemingly disappeared. There are so few people around who really are interested in general AI. Maybe we could set up some kind of NW chapter. I'm more openminded and I don't fancy arguments so much of the form "my scheme X is better than your scheme Y"....
