Well, more precisely, so that it can be integrated with machine learning, to form a feedback loop, so that the system can learn rules of grammar. The fact that this makes it more 'cognitively realistic' is an intriguing side effect. How much time have I spent on this? Err, maybe almost a week so far. That, and some years of thinking and fiddling and laying the ground-work just to get to this point. So its a tiny step that I couldn't take till I took hundreds of steps before. Hardly at the same scale as IBM Watson. --linas ------------------------------------------- AGI Archives: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/303/=now RSS Feed: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/rss/303/21088071-f452e424 Modify Your Subscription: https://www.listbox.com/member/?member_id=21088071&id_secret=21088071-58d57657 Powered by Listbox: http://www.listbox.com
