Well, more precisely, so that it can be integrated with machine learning,
to form a feedback loop, so that the system can learn rules of grammar.

The fact that this makes it more 'cognitively realistic' is an intriguing
side effect.

How much time have I spent on this?  Err, maybe almost a week so far.
 That, and some years of thinking and fiddling and laying the ground-work
just to get to this point.   So its a tiny step that I couldn't take till I
took hundreds of steps before.  Hardly at the same scale as IBM Watson.
