Boris, a nice suggestion, you know one shouldn't need it if he's in control of himself. I think more fine-grained and smarter tools are a better solution, at least for me, but I'll show it for-real once it reaches to implementation. In general if one wishes and the work allows, one may turn-off the whole Internet for a week or a month in a row, without any tools.
